Drop-In Services

Your success coach has extensive knowledge of your major. All students are encouraged to schedule an appointment with their assigned success coach. Drop-in services are for quick transactions and will be about 15 minutes or less.

Starting Tuesday January 28, 2025, drop-in hours for the Spring 2025 semester will be:

• Monday: 10am to 2pm
• Tuesday: 10am to 2pm
• Wednesday: 10am to 2pm
• Thursday: 10am to 2pm
• Friday: 10am to 2pm

Note: You must be checked-in 30 minutes before closing.

• Changing a major or pathway
• Registration assistance in registration lab
• Dropping/adding/withdrawing from classes
• Locating assigned success coach
• Locating degree audit in Degree Works
• Confirming Excelsior Scholarship course compliance
• Quick transfer process questions/clarification
• Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) standing and requirements
